We have started the first phase of the study in patients hospitalized due to COVID-19

In August 2021 we have started the first phase of our research “Ventilation among patients with COVID-19 in 6-month follow-up: spirometry, TLco, body plethysmography, polysomnography“, which received financing in the programme of the Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education (click here to read more).

First participants were qualified for the study. Recruited patients underwent:

  1. Physical examinations
  2. 6-minute walking test
  3. Spirometry
  4. Lung diffusion capacity – TLco
  5. Body plethysmography 
  6. Blood tests
