Meeting with Professor John T. Manning from Swansea University in United Kingdom
On Friday, 18 October 2019, we had a meeting with Professor John T. Manning from Swansea University in United Kingdom, during which we presented conceptual assumptions of the project and requested supervision.
Prof. John T. Manning visited our University within the framework of Visiting Professors programme. Currently, prof. Manning works in Swansea University. In his research prof. Manning mainly focuses on the implications of the digit ratio (2D:4D – the ratio of the lengths of index finger to the ring finger). In his scientific work he emphasises the significance of foetal exposure to sex hormones in human development, health and risk of diseases.
